The minimum chargeable weight for our air freight service is 1kg. For shipments less than 1kg, we will charge by 1kg. We also provide international express service for very small parcels under 1kg.

Do you provide door-to-door delivery including tax and duty?

Yes, we provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) door-to-door service, which includes all shipping fees, customs clearance fees, and import tax and duty in Australia. We also provide DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) service, where the tax and duty will be paid by the receiver upon arrival.
